The title of this article is a bit controversial.
But this article has to be published.
I mean, it’s a fair question to ask, given the fact that Chelsea and Manchester United both managed to win the league last season and Liverpool are currently on the brink of a fourth successive Premier League title.
If you were to ask me if Liverpool should beat Chelsea this season, I would be tempted to say no.
But what would I do if I were Liverpool manager?
I would have no choice but to start the season with a positive mentality and try to get the best out of the players.
It’s the same philosophy that I used when I took over the club from Sir Alex Ferguson in 2011.
I’ve been a huge admirer of Liverpool’s players since the day I arrived in the country.
I think they are a very talented and very good football club.
Liverpool fans will know me from my time as a player with the club, but there’s another side to my personality, which I’m not very good at.
I have a very good relationship with the people who work there and I like working with them.
I don’t think that’s the best way to run a football club and I’m sure that when I was appointed as Liverpool manager it was because I had something to prove and I was determined to get there.
I would never say never to try and achieve something and I know that the people of Liverpool love what I’ve achieved in the past.
I am determined to try to win things back for them.
So, to get to the point where we can win the title, I think we need to make sure that we’re going to give everything we have to do that.
I’m going to keep working hard and we’re looking forward to that moment when we win the trophy again.
I’ll tell you, I’ve seen that Liverpool have a really good team, a good squad and I have no doubts in my mind that we’ll be able to do the same again.
So I will give everything I’ve got, no matter what the situation is, to make this happen.
